Hello Praneeth,

The eligibility criteria for AP ECET is as follows:

Candidate should obtain the Diploma in Engineering and Technology/ Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of AP state. 

Final year candidates can also apply but they should clear their qualifying exam before admission into the college.

Since you have a backlog, you will not have the diploma certificate with you which means that you are not eligible for counselling at the moment.

I recommend you to first clear the backlog and then appear for ECET next year!
