Hi Prabhat, 

No you will not get an other degree stated you have studied English as GE in 2 semesters. 

If you change your GE subject then the B. COM (honours) degree will itself state the changes made in subjects by you.

If you are not comfortable with English then change it because it will definitely be not fair to you to study a subject that you don't want to (as you have choice). It will also decrease your grades. ( That's just my suggestion to you).
