Hello student if you've given improvement examination in all subjects then you need to submit the improvement examination certificate, in case if you've given improvement examination certificate then you've to upload the certificate which consists the list of all subjects that's your old certificate. Make sure you've all certificate in hand because you might need to submit/verify both certificates.
