If you get your choice college which you filled first in the preference order then you will not get any option for float as you have already been allotted your first choice and you will have to pay seat acceptance fee to get your seat confirmed but there would be some time given to you for physical/online reporting to the college nd this is the time whose advantage you can take for josaa counselling.
