Nevertheless , if you need a webcam to attend your examination and you don't have it then you need to go to nearby cafe where they have webcam using which you can give your examination but due to lock down you may not be able to go to Internet cafe , then in that case I would suggest you to buy a webcam as there's no other option and giving examination is important.
