Hello,dear

Well, candidats will be given a chance to edit their application form of mhcet 2019 by entering in their application form ,this facility will be available only till march 30,2019.after that you required to submit you application from ,but your problem is not about worrying you didn't fill the passing year and form is completed it mean that option is optional ,otherwise if it was compulsory form will not be completed.so, just Stay calm ,all the best
