if i have to write AIIMS which book should i prefer and.. is there any college in southern India especially Tamil Nadu

There is no book with special preference to just AIIMS. The only book which is most important is NCERT specially for Biology.

For other two subjects, I would recommend you to do Engineering level MCQs JEE Mains level at least because of higher conceptual questions asked in AIIMS. Arihant or DC Pandey I may suggest.

Along with that, try taking mock tests online or offline based on AIIMS pattern to know your preparation status.

For 2nd part of question, I guess you are asking which college is comparable to AIIMS in South. It’s JIPMER.
