Hey !
Yes it is a serious problem then. Your name must be same in adhar card and your 10 th class documents and also in higher class documents and not only your name but your DOB , your parents name . If there is any single spelling mistake also then your NEET form will be rejected..
I suggest you to change name in adhaar card , it will be so easy and cheap to correct name in just 50/- . Do this as soon as possible as because NEET registration is started..
