If you are planning to include Hindi in your best four subjects, it is not necessary for you to study History in Hindi language for BA (Hons.) History.

Most colleges in Delhi University offer this course only in English, some colleges like Ramjas and Kirori Mal offer the same in Hindi as well, however you are given a choice at the time of the admission to choose what language would like to study History in. Thus including Hindi in your best four subjects does not require you to study History in Hindi.
