Hello
I dont think you can vacate the seat you have got in State counselling, after you have submitted all your documents and taken admission in the college via state counselling , because you got a seat in AIQ. As per the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in W.P. (c) 267/2017 DAR-US- SLAM EDUCATIONAL TRUST and Ors. Vs. MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA and Ors. dated 09.05.2017. “After the second round of counselling for All India Quota seats, the students who take admission in All India Quota seats should not be allowed/permitted to vacate the seats. This would ensure that very few seats are reverted to the State Quota and also All India Quota seats are filed by students from the all India merit list only. The students who take admission and secure admission in Deemed Universities pursuant to the second round of counselling conducted by the DGHS shall not be eligible to participate in any other counselling.”
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
Also if your rank is low then perfer your state counselling because you will get better college from STATE QUOTA than AIQ. For further information you can go to AIPMEEE
