Dear aspirant,

Yes if you withdraw your admission from the college where you submitted your fees and documents before the college starts then you will be refunded all the fees in a few working days.

Dear aspirant
Then also fees will be refunded. Just don't attend lecture for the first few days . As long as the admission procedure is on college will have to refund you your total fees.
