hello aspirant,

it completely depends on the type of question and the exam you are referring to.

if the exam is somewhat computer bases, your marks will surely be deducted as 3 and 3.00 will not be considered as same,also if the question is about significant digits, then also you won't be awarded the marks but if the question is some normal question with 3.00 not in the option , then you can get the mark.
