Hello,
No, definitely not.
You cannot get admission in any of the nift centres in any course without paying the required first semester fee.
At the time of councelling you are required to carry a demand draft of the amount equal to the first semester fee.if you fail to produce that then your seat will be cancelled and alloted to the next candidate.
