Hello there ,hope you are doing well . See, it's very difficult to predict the marks that you can get in NEET 2022 as of now because it depends on many factors . Certain factors like your current level of preparation, whether you are starting from zero or have already an idea of the topics and concepts ,your exam temperament and etc . But the main thing that will determine your score is the hardwork you do and the efforts you put from  now till the day before the exam .

With consistency and discipline,you can definitely crack the exam with flying colours. Just stick to the standard books(NCERTs and a few others like MTG for practise),give ample mock tests ,clarify all concepts and doubts and most importantly have a proper schedule so that you can take care of you health. You can also join some online or offline classes and test series that will aid in your preparation.

Hey first of all happy to see this that you want to crack neet and you have decided to perform your best so yes you can prepare now as if exam going to happen in May then you have 5 month means 4 month +1 ( revision month)  ,yes you can achieve 650+ marks!!
You have 96 chapter over all and have 22 week left
If you are not doing any coaching then
You can see videos of vipin Sharma ozone classes ( he is having marksup batch too ) you can see his ncert lectures ,bahubali lectures , these lectures are excellent ,Anand mani biology lectures ,garima goel unacademy neet topper channel and hariom gangwar these are some of the best lectures for biology to score 340+ marks and just reading ncert and better understanding in 1 -2 month you can make you biology excellent with ques practice
And for speed revision - kv education channel you can revise 2 chapter in 2 hr ,he is also excellent
For physics you can go physics wallah , gaurav Gupta unacademy neet topper , physics galaxy ,Aman Singh (biology 101 channel) ,ozone classes channel - luv Kumar physics chem teacher ,you can see lectures make notes and study ncert and solve example and do ques of pyq neet ,aiims
For chemistry Vishal tiwari bharamstra series and ncert one shot (unacademy neet topper channel),bewise classes and hariom gangwar channel there some free good lectures are there ,you can also go for prince sir (etoos paid chem course), ozone classes chemistry lectures- nitesh devnani and lav kumar
Organic + inorganic do ncert like biology and pyq
And for physical chemistry do MTG ques and solve any module of Allen Akash as now on internet free available !!!
There is lot of content available on free it's up to you how you can do that!!
In my opinion these month are enough but you have to be very attentive and focus without wasting single second of life ,study revise ,solve McQ , revise ,test then solve your mistake and never repeat the mistakes!!
