When you write your exam than only your attempts will be counted. If you left 2018 and write in 2019 only one attempt will be counted.

Have you written Jee Mains this year 2019 than one attempt counted and remaining attempts on basis of your category only.

Hello!

You still have your attempts for all three years, as you haven't given JEE Main yet. You have to qualify JEE Main to be able to appear for Advanced. According to NTA Guidelines, you can appear for the exam twice in one academic year but only can appear the exam for three consecutive years.

Good luck!
