Hi,
Usually those who get low percentile in jee main january session gives exam in April session so that they can score good.
After april session based on the number of candidate appeared and marks scored by them cuttoff percentile for jee advance are released. For a candidate who appeared in both session his marks from that session is considered in which he has scored maximum.
If you feel that you have scored enough in January session to qualify the jee advance exam and not want to give exam for april session you can do that.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
Yes if you have got minimum of 89 percentile in joint entrance examination(JEE) Mains then you can directly give Joint entrance examination(JEE) Advanced. Though 89 percentile is the predicted percentile but if you get around that percentile you will be able to write JEE advanced but if you didn't get good score then i would suggest you to write JEE mains April attempt.
