You can withdraw from your alloted seat, leaving the counseling process and your fees is refunded with a small processing fees, provided the last date of withdrawal has not occured. This is in reference to your question mentioning that you are getting a seat in some other college, considering you are not talking about ap eamcet counseling for the new seat alloted.
