Hi Aspirant,

Through JEE counselling you can get into ALL INDIA COLLEGES mentioned in the list of JEE Counselling based on your rank.However through your state counselling too you can get into renowned colleges of your state based on the rank you got in JEE Main result.So yes you can get into good engineering colleges other than IIT or NIT.
