Yes, you can give your AIIMS PG 2019 Nov exam not at all problem according to the NEET offical web information that you can give as many times of attempts based on your interest but in one year they conduct the exam for twice one session is in may 2019 and another session is in nov 2019

overall you can write the nov exam all the best
