If I refuse my alloted college, will I no longer have that college in round 2 and round 3 of CAP? What's the new procedure?

Dear student,

The simple thing i would like to tell you is that if you leave the alloted college in round 1 your seat will be gone. You might or might not get the college again in round 2 or round 3. So choose carefully.
