Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you have to renew or you have to make new E.W.S certificate. No the number will not be same because new registration will e given to you at the time. And first of all E.W.S is not renewed it is made new.You need to visit your nearest tehsil it might take 7-10 days.
