As per the rules of Neet All India quota counselling, the candidate who has been allotted a seat in the first round of counselling and if the candidate has reported to that allotted college for furthur verification is also eligible for round 2 of Neet all India counselling. In that case, the candidate has to submit willingness for seat upgradation as Yes. If the candidate get seat in the second Round of counselling, the seat allotted during the first round of counselling will be cancelled automatically. Then the candidate will have to join the seat which has been allotted during round 2 after the candidate gets relieving letter from the college which was allotted in Round 1.
