From your profile I can assume that you are in class 10 and you are talking about your boards examination , if you score only 29 marks in Mathematics in your boards examination you will fail this subject as 33 marks (33% of 100) is the minimum passing marks and you will have to re attempt the paper (compartment exam ) .

Getting 33 marks in class 10 is very easy if you have your basics cleared , even if you prepare only selective chapters like AP , trigonometry ,  pair of linear equations , polynomials  , statistics you can easily pass your exam.
