It is difficult to predict because cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.But based on previous year cut off trends candidate with score 350-600 belonging to OBC category secured seats in various government medical colleges.So, with 450 score you may have chances to get seat in government medical college but as said cut off may change so you need to score well.
