If you have scored 120-150 marks in JEE mains your percentile can differ by 2 percentile atleast . So if you score 120 marks then you can expect a percentile of 95 approximately. And if you score around 150 then your percentile may go upto 97.5+ atleast.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
