Hello Aspirant,

NEET is the single largest national entrance test for Medical courses therefore there is huge competition. So if you start from zero then within three months even with full dedication you won't be able to get any top college because on such preparation you can qualify NEET but not with very good marks but still in last three months, if you start your preparation then I would recommend you to focus more on the chapters which have more weightage as compared to others so that you can score little better in NEET which can of course take you to good colleges under your state quota.
