No, you cannot get admission in BAMS or any medical courses for that matter such as MBBS, BDS or other ayush courses if you fail to qualify NEET, as it is mandatory to qualify NEET in order to seek admission in these courses, even for management quota in private medical colleges, qualifying NEET is mandatory, since results for NEET 2021 is yet to come, you can go through previous year cut-offs to qualify NEET against respective categories as mentioned below -

BAMS is a 5.5 years graduate degree that deals with the study of the integrated system of modern medicine and traditional Ayurveda.
The average admission fees of government BAMS colleges range between Rs25,000- Rs 80,000. In the case of private institutions the fee can increase upto Rs 3,20,000.
