Dear Sanjana, you haven't mentioned the exam you are enquiring about. If you upload OBC Certificate and not the OBC NCL Certificate, it will be assumed that you belong to Creamy layer and your application will be treated like one. But if you upload OBC NCL certificate, your candidature will get OBC NCL benefits. Your application will not be rejected but it only changes the way your rank will show up in the merit list or the benefits you may get to avail.
