If you want good job in banking sector then you have to pass graduation. After that you can join through IBPS Common Written Examination for Clerks, IT Officers, Probationary Officer. Apart from that you can also join after MBA. Generally, public Banks hire through IBPS Examination and private banks hire MBA graduate or PG Diploma in Banking Finance holders.
