I hope you reach your destination on time and yes you will be allowed to give the Jee Mains in April. But,make sure to fill the application form again. They will be released again on 7th February 2019 and the application will end on 7th march 2019.

Yess, the Jee main another test will be conducted again in April 2019 and you have to apply for the same once application starts
