If I was alloted a seat in 1st round ug medical counselling &i don't report to college will my security deposit be refunded?

Dear Ankit, no. If you do not wish to take up the seat, you need to attend the college in person and surrender the seat. This is called Free exit. If you opt for this process, your fees will be refunded after all the rounds of counselling. But if you do not do so, it will be assumed that you have taken up the seat. In such circumstances, neither can you opt for 2nd round nor can you participate in 2nd round.

It is clearly written in FAQ of Ayush that if u don't report or join the college alloted in first round u will not be penalized and eligible for 2,nd round.ur statement is incorrect Priyanka mam.

What you saw was for Ayush. The question was for MBBS. Both are conducted by 2 different bodies and hence the rules are different.
