If you'll be an astronaut in NASA then it's sure that someday you will get a chance to go to mars but on some mission as the job of astronaut is to travel beyond Earth's atmosphere but to go to mars specifically it will be decided by your heads abd other crews  only and you'll come to know there only what deeds you need to go through
