After securing 550/720 in NEET, being from General Category, I believe you have fair chances in securing a seat in one of the Government Medical Colleges in All India Quota as well as in one of the better State Medical Colleges, through State Medical Counselling.

However, securing 600+/720 in NEET, will give you an All India Advantage to secure a seat in MBBS in one of the better Government Medical Colleges in All India Quota.
