No, you can't join in Colleges belongs to other states except Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. AP EAMCET amd TS EAMCET are State Level Entrance Exams for admission into Undergraduation degree courses in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

So, you can only join Colleges in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with AP EAMCET rank or TS EAMCET rank.

Through TS EAMCET and AP EAMCET gives admission into Engineering, Medical, other degrees, Pharmacy, Agricultural, Science, Veterinary, etc.
