The cutoffs are different for different medical colleges, it varies category wise which you haven't mentioned. So considering you as a general category student, to get into top notch medical colleges of Tamil Nadu like Madras Medical College, Stanley Medical College, you need to score around 600 marks. Last year the cutoff for Madras Medical Colleges was around 600 marks. The cutoff for Coimbatore medical College was around 570 marks in Neet. However, you must aim to score at least 600 marks in Neet.
