No, You can not appear in NEET exam without qualifying your maths compartment exam. So first go for your compartment exam.

Because as per rule a candidate must have passed class 12th with medical stream from any state board with at least 50% marks.

You have to qualify your maths compartment first to become eligible for NEET exam.
