First of all make sure, you are following correct steps to login to your account.
Clear the cache of the browser and then try to login to your account, this might be helpful.
When your form will be accepted, it will not be sent to you through email, you have to check the status of the form on the dashboard of your account itself.
In case of any defeciencies also, you will be updates through the dashboard itself, no mails are sent to your mail id.
So makesure you login correctly and get updated with the status of your application.
The final status will be uploaded on 25th of january after the completion of correction option.
Again i am informing, try to clear the cache and then login to your account and make sure to follow correct steps.

If you have some problem with your basic registration then please contact AIIMS helpline number. They will surely sort out your issue. I don't think that they will notify you anything related to registration problem/ fault. Better not to take chance.
