But they hve mentioned one entrance exam name LNMIIT.. Anf they are asking for applying also..

Yes, you have to apply for application form in order to take admission but there is no entrance exam they will take admission through JEE Main.
In order to take admission make sure you fulfil the eligibility criteria of the college.
