after cracking JEE main you can get NITs or other private colleges.

After result of JEE advance both councelling(for  IITs and NITs) will held.

so at that time you can check previous year cutoff of any NITs for the reference.

According to your percentile in jee mains your rank will come in jee mains and on the basis of this rank you will get nits,iiits and private colleges. You should check the previous year  cutoff of different colleges to know which college you are getting. Then you should apply in counselling. You can apply in josaa counselling to get seat in nits and iiits.
