Mobile phones are allowed in almost every colleges but you need to obey the rules and maintain discipline. You should not use mobile phone during your class unless told by the faculty. Also you need to keep your phone in the silent mode within the academic premises to remove any kind of problems. Apart from these, no such rules is mentioned for your preferred college about not carrying a mobile phone, so you can carry your phone with you.
