Hey Satyajit !
As per the statistics of 2018, after the Round 3 Counselling of AIIMS, a rank of 940 might help you to secure a seat in :

In case of UR : AIIMS Raipur
In case of OBC : AIIMS Bhubaneswar
In case of SC : AIIMS Delhi
In case of ST : AIIMS Delhi.
