Hello student no your father document is not required to get jobs or applying for passport. You valid document such as Birth certificate, class 10 Marksheet, Adhar card Pan card, driving license are sufficient.

Thankyou sir but I have a problem that in my all documents except birth certificate (Motilal) my father's name is Moti Lal. then it cause problem for me
