Stream 2 considers only your class 12 board marks , and since you completed your schooling in Tamil Nadu , you are eligible for the state quota advantage . Your high board percentage , when normalized , will likely place you well in the merit list for Stream 2 , making admission into B . Tech programs quite possible despite a lower JEE score , which is not considered in this stream .
