If a candidate does not complete both NEET application form phases, his or her candidature will be cancelled, meaning the results of NEET 2021 will not be declared. The last date to fill the application form was 14th October 2021.  The NTA introduced two phases of NEET 2021 application form to ensure that candidates data is submitted quickly. NEET 2021 exam was conducted on September 12 in pen and paper mode.
