First of all i feel really sorry to hear that about you but no problem,you dont have to think about whats gone and you need to focus on whats coming.Oppurtunities come everyday.
Now moving up to your question i would ask you to think about what you feel you can do next because from here you have these options:

• Drop and prepare for jee next year
  
• You can take admission in private colleges inf you reallt want to persue btech and dont want to drop one year.
  
• You can do simple graduation from here and start prepairing for government exams.
  

So,from here its completely upto you choice and you abilities that will till you what to do next.You need to sit,calm and think.
