The relevance of both of these courses depends upon your future pursuits. Both BBA and BBM are management oriented courses. The difference between the two courses which is that BBM provides specialization in a variety of areas such as Human Resources, operation , finance , and marketing where as BBA does not have such specializations.

If you want to make a career in management then both of these courses are good enough, but to make a good career you need to do MBA also. However, there are not many good colleges for BBM there, therefore you should consider joining BBA and then MBA path.
