Dear ankit, you wrote jee advanced in 2017 and you must have cleared jee mains also in the same year thats why you were eligible for jee advanced for that particular year. also i would like to tell you that you can give jee mains for a maximum of three times in successive years. Now talking about your question 'can you appear in jee advanced ??' - yes you can if you will clear your jee mains this year that is in 2019 and if selected you further you can give jee advanced.

I am sorry to inform you that to appear for the JEE Advanced in 2019 you should rewrite and pass your JEE Mains in 2019 and only then can you appear for the JEE Advanced Exam held in 2019. Even though you have written JEE Advanced once, you will have to rewrite the JEE Main again.
