If someone fill obc-ncl category in jee main 2019 application forum if he can't submit obc-ncl certificate at the time of counselling

At the time of counselling you should provide the certificate for sure sir but in case you didn't provided the certificate then it will be considered as just you category I think you be we not treated as obc-ncl category
