You can still qualify to apply for APJEE[ Arunachal Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination] even if you haven't passed your 12th class. Though, There are certain eligibility  criteria to follow i.e. You should have Passed or Appeared Class X or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Board and Your age should be 15-18 years at the time of admission[ 15-21 years for candidates belonging to SC\ST categories].
