There shouldn't be any problem if you have your Transfer Certificate or TC Laminated, only if the information on the document is clearly visible.

Authorities generally check the authenticity of the document you produce, so if you have a valid Transfer Certificate, It won't matter if it is laminated ir not.

Laminating TC is not a problem if you wish to protect the wear and tear of originals. But after laminating a TC you can't get the original same as before. I would suggest you take some copies of Original and then getting it laminated.
